The St. Patrick’s Day Weekend at The McFarland Inn B&B was so much fun! Breakfast was my interpretation of an Irish Country breakfast with home cured corned beef hash, eggs, roasted tomatoes, mushrooms and sausage, scones with marmalade, berries and cream, and (for those who wanted it) Irish coffee! Guests received a gift plate of my hand decorated cookies and treats. Guests got in the mood by selecting St. Patrick’s Day finery from my accessories box! The hats, beads and boa were a hit! Oh, and the St. Patrick’s Day brownies were a welcome late night snack!
